  commercial structures in Phase 1 simultaneously on a 40 day schedule, which Precision completed 4
  days early.

• Phase 1 consisted of 300,000/sqft of structure demolition.

• Phase 2 consisted of complete
  demolition of 4 story concrete structure of 230,000/sqft and surrounding building structures.
