• Renovation of approximately 181,189 sf of office space at Texas Instruments’ worldwide headquarters. Phase 2 will begin in 4Q15 and will be vacated prior to work commencing.

• The project duration will be approximately 3 months with a projected completion date in 4Q15.

• Phase 2 will be entirely admin renovation space –new walls, finishes, new break rooms and MEP upgrades.
